This graph indicates the percentage of problems encountered by 21 of the 100 survey respondents with 5-10 years of usability tenure in an organization while engaging with development or management groups prior to usability activities. The percentage of resistance dropped from 58.3% in the 2-5 year usability tenure group to 47.6% in the 5-10 group. The percentage doubled from 16.7% for the 2-5 usability tenure group to 33.3% for the 5-10 year group.
