This graph indicates the percentage of problems encountered by 86 survey respondents who indicated they are Corporate practitioners while working with development or management groups during usability activities.  

The majority of respondents indicated that they faced the following problems while working with an organization:

• Resistance to usability activities (24.4%)
• Unawareness of the value, methods, and processes of usability activities (20.9%)
• Time constraints by management and development teams (15.1%)
