This graph indicates the percentage of problems encountered by 40 of the 100 survey respondents who indicated that they work in a large company (more than 3,500 employees) while engaging with development or management groups prior to usability activities.

Resistance, Usability Awareness, and Time Constraints in a Large company are at the highest levels of all groups.  

The majority of respondents indicated that they faced the following problems while engaging with an organization:

• Resistance to usability activities (60%)
• Unawareness of the value, methods, and processes of usability activities (50%)
• Time constraints by management and development teams (25%)
