This graph indicates the percentage of problems encountered by 33 of the 100 survey respondents who indicated that they work in a small company (less than 400 employees) while engaging with development or management groups prior to usability activities.

The majority of respondents indicated that they faced the following problems while engaging with an organization:

• Resistance to usability activities (39.3%)
• Unawareness of the value, methods, and processes of usability activities (12.12%)
• Time constraints by management and development teams (9%)
• "I don't have any problems" (15.1%)
